What makes your Snax keto-friendly?
We use ingredients like almond flour, butter, and coconut flour to make a snack that is as low in carbohydrates as possible. With only 0.3 - 3 net carbs* per snack, they are definitely keto-friendly.
Where is my order?

How do I edit my subscription?
You can edit/pause/cancel your subscription any time through your account. You can also fill out our contact form and our support team will make the change for you. *If you ordered but haven't created an account yet, please click 'sign up' and use the email address you used to purchase.*
How do I log into my account?
Every customer who has made a purchase through our website has an account. If you're a new customer, you'll need to activate your account to login. Just go to this page and enter the email address you used when you made your purchase. You will then be sent an email to activate your account! If you're a returning customer, simply go to this page to login!
Will Fat Snax kick me out of ketosis?
No way! Fat Snax are designed to allow you to stay in ketosis while enjoying tasty snacks.

Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we are only able to ship within the US, but we are working to expand to more countries soon!
Are Fat Snax gluten-free?
You bet! Our Snax are certified grain-free and gluten-free.
How many net carbs are in Fat Snax?
Net carbs are the total carbohydrates minus the total fiber and sugar alcohols.

Fat Snax cookies are 4 WW Smart Points each, mini cookies are 6 WW points per serving, brownie and blondie bites are 2 WW Smart Points each, and crackers are 4 WW Smart Points per serving!
Can I customize or swap out products in bundles?
We aren't set up for customizable bundles yet, but we are hoping to give our customers that ability soon!
Do we ship wholesale?
We don't currently ship wholesale, but we would love to hear more about your store. Please fill out our contact form and we will let you know as soon as we expand to direct retail.
I received a message that my Snax were delivered, but nothing was in the mailbox.
We are sorry to hear that! Every once in a while the USPS says they delivered the package before it's actually been delivered. If the package doesn't show up after two days, please fill out our contact form and we will fix the situation.
What is the shelf life of Fat Snax?
Cookies - 6 months
Mini Cookies - 6 months
Bites - 4 months
Crackers - 6 month
If kept in the freezer, the shelf life of all of our Snax is doubled! Not to mention our sweet Snax when frozen are deee-lish!
How do I return my Snax?
We don't accept returns, but we have a money-back guarantee (up to $60!) in case you don't absolutely love your Snax.
Are Fat Snax vegan?
Unfortunately not. All of our Snax contain butter and eggs.
Are Fat Snax peanut and tree nut free?
All of our Snax contain almond and coconut flour and are manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts.
